“I applaud that you are actively Looking for reviews on your merchandise and thought the design of hats look good. Sadly however I was disappointed when taking the hats out of the box. The thinner fabric give a wrinkled look, the head band would be better sown down and replace the wire so you don’t have to spend time straightening the brim out. No doubt you were trying to keep costs down but personally, I would prefer to pay a bit more for a better finish.”

Thanks, Robyn, for your feedback. It has been much appreciated. 1)The “wrinkled look” is the feature of the fabric. – We will put more enlarged images on so that other customers can see the wrinkle finishing of the fabric. 2) The concealed wire around the brim makes the hat more portable. If you don’t intend to put it in a bag, you only need to straighten the hat once. 3) We will look into the improvement of the finish of the sweatband. We will look into a way to make it look sleeker without compromising the comfort of the hat due to extra stitches in the interior area. Again, so grateful for your constructive feedback. “Hello thank you for your email re my recent purchase of three of your hats. The package arrived promptly, and the hats were well packaged. I was very happy with two of the hats, the Fashion Sunhat, Sophie in Navy Blue, and the Cotton Reversible Sunhat in Denim Blue. Both hats fitted perfectly and look good. I was also very happy with the quality of fabric and the designs. Unfortunately, the My Fair Lady Cloche Sun Hat in Dusty Pink, tho' a very pretty hat, didn't suit me at all. Am I able to get a refund on this hat? Regards, Dawn Koch Every time I sllick the cursor on the 4 star rating, and then click to submit my review, the star rating disappears!!!”
