Thanks, Garbis, for the feedback. As described under "SIZING INFO PAGE", this hat looks best on head sizes S-XL. A secure fit can be achieved (for smaller head sizes) by tightening the hat through the scarf band. You have purchased 4 hats from us. How about the other hats? Do they fit? What is your head size? “Sending this to my friend who is going through chemotherapy during Stage 4 Lockdown. She is so happy when she received her package, and a little surprise bandana included too. Thank you, your excellent service really comforts her during this tough time. The hat is so soft, she loves the colour, and it protects her from the sun too. “I’m very pleased with my Cotton Cadet Cap and Scarf. I purchased Option 3: Light Slate grey cap & Scarf with blue and pink ink splash print. It looks exactly the same as the photo. As it says in the description, it is quite “generously sized”. I was able to make it fit by tightening up the scarf. I had also purchased the Ribbed Beanie with Cotton Lining Band, so I tried the lining band with this cap and was thrilled to find it made the cap fit snugly. I love the way it feels and how I feel wearing it.”

Thanks, Heather, for the feedback. Glad you received your order within the expected time frame with not too much delay in transit. It takes about at least one week or so for a parcel to be delivered from Sydney to WA.
