Jba off-road definitely came to the rescue on quality, price point, and easy installation. Gave my truck the ability to normalize my alignment numbers and accommodate aftermarket rims and tires. Customer support is also awesome.

I had the typical problem of going to a 2.5 inch lift on this year toyota tundra. Control arms and upper joints were hitting the coil. These control arms completely fixed the issue. Drives better now than ever.

I waited to give a review until after I had put some miles on these things. I replaced my total chaos UCA with a uniball set up. The TC system did not do well after a couple years. I drive a lot of dusty gravel roads in southern Utah for work and my truck is also a daily driver. The uniball setup was super noisy and always got dirt inside. The bushing system needed to be loosened in your n order to grease the bushings. Even this set up eventually got really squeaky. The JBAs have a better caster setting and the truck corners and drives better on the highway and windy roads. The grease system for the bushings are better due to the fact that you don’t have to loosen the thru bolt to grease them. The enclosed ball joint seems better for the dirt roads. I still get a small amount of squeak from the bushings after putting some dirt road miles on them. I have also refilled the grease on the ball joint as I have had some knocking from it. I’m still trying to find out the sweet spot for how often to grease them after dirt road driving. The ball joint boot apparently has some factory issues. The boot started to get surface cracks in it in a matter of weeks. JBA is aware of this problem in a small portion of their boots. They sent me a replacement set at no charge and are currently redesigning the boots which will then be shipped to me automatically. I don’t know how long it will be so I am keeping the cracked boots on the truck until they break open and then will swap them since I don’t know how long it will be for the redesigned ones to come out. I just keep a close eye on the boots to make sure they are still sealed. I also have a bit of a knock in the front now right when I back up and I can’t figure out if it is the ball joint or not just yet. I think the UCAs are a better option for the dusty roads that I drive. The noise from the bushings is less than the total chaos setup, and they still make noise. I don’t know if poly bushings will ever be quiet completely. So far the tire west seems to be ok and the steering off road is a bit tighter and more controlled.

The only item that was unclear to me was what grease to use on the A-Arm bushings during routine maintenance. I used the recommended Mobil XHP 222 grease on the ball joints during installation and the included grease packet on the washer side of the bushings as the instructions stated. Does this little packet contain the 222 grease? Is the 222 grease acceptable for routine maintenance? Very High Quality arms. They look great. Love them!
