great quality product the instructions could add some pics of the pressing in of adapter for the less mechanically inclined. For those with a first gen tundra you will have to remove the steering knuckle to press the adapter in or improvise like I did with some 3 1/2" plate washers and a 5/8" hex bolt along with powerful impact gun.

Overall, the product is well built. Customer service is very outstanding. Would definitely buy anything Marlin makes. I just wish JBA offer sliders and roof racks. Other hard to get parts for the 1st gen.

Installation was straightforward, materials were well packaged, and all machined components appear well made to high tolerances. I have a few hundred miles on the unit and all seems well. Note - Pressing in the provided adapter for the steering knuckle without removing the entire assembly from the car was a real bear due to access. The adapter is a nicely machined component that has very tight tolerances and is press fit into the knuckle, providing the termination for the bill joint from the UCA. OEM has the ball joint flipped, bolting into the UCA. . I ended up making making a compressor using a long bolt run through the adapter, knuckle, and a cup from a ball joint extractor to squeeze in the adapter without having to disassemble the entire front end. It requires a lot of torque (4’ breaker bars) to manually press in the adapter. I would have paid a little more if JBA could provide an installation tool like this for the home mechanic like myself. I didn’t want to tear apart the front, but if i had, it would have been straight forward to have a shop hydraulicly press in the adapter as per instructions.

So glad I went with these arms. It turned out that I needed them more than I thought, even with just a 3 inch lift. My alignment guy said that it was easy to work with and had all the adjustments that I could need. Definitely a great upgrade and well worth the money!

So stoked on these new A Arms. I put new shocks on as well and my truck feels new again.

Installed these on my 04' AC Tundra a couple weeks ago. Install was pretty straightforward although pressing the adapter into the knuckle took some effort. Product is obviously high-quality out of the box. They look great installed and gave me the clearance and travel needed for bigger tires. Tech was able to easily align to factory specs and get 3.5 degrees of caster. Highly recommended!
