Yes, when you do not follow instructions (inside the first page) and install ball joint spacers on the arms, the arms are not designed for ball joint spacers and can not handle excessive force from the spacer moving the ball joint down 2 inches.
What will void the JBA 365-day money-back return policy?
Adding ball joint spacers to the JBA upper control arms.

“Installed the UCAs along with lower ball joints and new tie rod ends. OMG. What an upgrade. My 05 Tundra has 311000 miles on it with all original front end parts. It now rides like a brand new truck. I'm having to learn how to drive it again.”
“The product is very high quality both in looks and function. I am no longer getting coil contact at droop. Very impressed will purchase again if I need control arms”
“Installed the JBA uca’s in my 2002 Toyota Sequoia. Along with New Bilstein 6112’s and new oem lower control arms and ball joints. Put it all up in 34”x 10” tires (pizza cutters). Clearence is good, no rubbing anywhere. Work perfect with the 2-3” lift I put in the front. Easy to maintain and look great too!!”
“Just got my new JBA upper control arms installed on my 2003 Tundra. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The install was pretty easy. Recommend buying or renting a quality ball joint press. Looking forward to see how they perform.”
