“I have purchased 3 sets of Upper Control Arms from JBA for 2 FJ Cruisers and a 1st Gen Sequoia. This has been a great product. First off, I love the dynamic red color. It draws attention and looks great. Secondly, the greasable bushings and ball joint provide longevity that other UCAs may not have. Thirdly, the ability to easily remove and replace the ball joint when it does inevitably go bad is awesome. Just buy a new ball joint, bolt it in place, and then you're back in the game. Fourth, the price is great. For what you're getting, you spend less than some of the competition like Icon, Total Chaos, or SPC, but you get something that is every bit as good, if not better. And lastly, the customer service is phenomenal. Marlin knows his stuff and reaches out to all of his customers. He also responds to all questions and concerns you may have. “Input in a 3” lift kit for my daughters FJ and they said it didn’t need UCA’s and they didn’t offer any. So I went ahead and installed the kit. The kit really improved the stance of the vehicle but now the stock UCA’s were touching the new struts. And I could see the strain on the ball joint. I researched high and low for an affordable but high quality UCA. I liked the features JBA offered. Readable fittings. Not having to loosen the through bolt to do it. Replaceable ball joints. A UCA that is angled for lift correction. When I opened the box and saw them. I knew they were the right ones. The instructions were super clear and even helped out at the alignment shop. (I also changed tie rods and other parts). I was worried that these were going to take a ton of time but they installed in only a couple hours along with the other stuff. These really helped bring drivability back to the lifted vehicle. Thank you. Awesome product. I need you to make different suspension stuff for an FJ now.”
