“I installed these in my garage with no assistant. It wasn't easy, but I don't regret doing it myself. Driver side was straightforward, but I did have to push AC lines out of the way to get the passenger side.
I have a very mild 2" lift, so i really only needed 2 degrees of caster. As a result, and in order to preserve cab mount clearance, i instructed my alignment tech to give me 5 degrees instead of JBAs prescribed 4.5. It's not really that noticeable, as shown in the attached photo.
I now have plenty of room for 285s and the truck drives great. Even 5.5 degrees caster would probably be ok if I needed a little more room.”
