“Purchased the standard duty UCAs for a ‘23 4Runner. Installation was easy and was able to do it alone with my minor son helping out on one side because I wanted him to learn about suspension installations. I had issues with a Midas not being able or honest about the post-install alignment. It actually rode better to the shop than afterwards. I had to take to Firestone to find out Midas hasn’t properly done the alignment even though their numbers were all in the green minus caster. My caster ended up at 6+ both sides. Camber Toe and SIA were able to be set w/in factory specs. I’m looking for a LCA in the future to match these JBA UCAs durability. JBA maybe you can build out a quality LCA!”
“Installed it with a friend and took about 2 hours.
We started with the passenger side first and moved what we needed to pass the bolt through. The driver side was much easier as nothing was obstructing the bolt. Make sure to put vehicle weight on the LCA with a jack before torquing to spec (just enough where it comes off the jack stand on the frame). I used Valvoline Multi-Vehicle Moly Fortified EP. The alignment specs for mine running Bilsteins 1.5” 6112/1.5” 5100 with OEM tire size came back at 4.1 Driver/4.6 Passenger.

“The instructions for the removal and installation were perfect. Every contingency that I ran into was accounted for in the instructions. The build quality is perfect. The welds look great on the a-arms. The zerk fittings were perfect on the pieces. Using the factory a-arms there was contact with the coil springs whenever I hit a speed bump, now with these JBAs, ZERO CONTACT. Once the 4-Runner was taken to the alignment shop and was dialed into spec the 4-Runner ran true and straight. Great product; highly recommend. Would buy again.”

Comes with great quality and reliable Upper Control Arm assembly, bushings, and ball joints. To top all of that, ease of replacement. I got tired of replacing a whole arm to just replace a ball joint. Buy this set once and you'll never have to buy another Control Arm ever again.”
