“Ordered a replacement ball joint for my JBA UCA that have been on the truck for 5+ years. WIthin minutes of ordering, Marlin reached out and thanked me for the order, sent tracking, AND installation instructions. Granit, I live less than 3hrs from the JBA warehouse, but I ordered at 3pm on a Monday, and USPS had deliverd my package at 11am Tuesday morning....can't beat that! JBA has been a great company to me and many of the Tacoma crew for years now!”
