“I have had my JBA UCA for 8? years and hadn't noticed the wear until I went in for a front end alignment. New bushings and upper ball joints tightened eveything up. No wandering even on grooved pavement. Less than a thousand dollars for new truck feel when new Tacomas are 60,000. Winner!!”
“I ordered a a pair of upper ball joints. Got them super fast. Installed them with their instructions lighting quick. And then I over torqued the zerk on one and it broke off. That was totally my fault. I freaked out and contacted them after hours. They reached back out to me, even though it was after their business hours. Shipped out a replacement the very next day. Didn’t even charge me for my mistake. I got everything I needed to fix my issue. I’m super grateful for JBA and their undoubtedly most superior customer service.
