“The wrong item was sent to me. I promptly returned it. The correct order was not offered after the return. I lost the time and opportunity to do the planned job. I had to write to get refund of shipping charges. It should have been done with the refund of the cost of the order. The tone and tenor of e-mail correspondance was not polite. It was the first time that I bought something from this merchant. I was disappointed. I doubt I would buy from them again.”
