“Since I started to eat Elk and Buffalo many years ago, I have come to greatly reduced my standard Beef intake. In the past I have used a couple of other suppliers. The last couple of years I have bought from Jackson Hole. I find the meat quality excellent. The variety of cuts and size are just right for me.
As a recent widower, my orders are usually 2-3 pounds and last quite a while.
I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try Elk and/or Buffalo to do it. Although more costly per pound than Beef, the quality I find is much better. I have found my supplier in Jackson Hole and don't think I'll stray.”
