“I ordered a 4-pound buffalo prime rib. It was delivered quickly and still frozen with dry ice packets, even though it was over 90 degrees where I live. I smoked it in a Pit Barrel Cooker for 2 hours. It was absolutely wonderful! Juicy, tender and incredible flavor. Expensive, but worth every penny!”
“The meat was fabulous. No thanks to Fed Ex, though. Was supposed to be delivered to our home on Friday, 12/18. Tracking (yeaaa, tracking worked!) said it was in our city at facility on the 18th, and then, that is sat there because "the business" (no, it's our home...) was closed (no, we were there). We had to go to the Fed Ex facility in our city and pick it up on Monday, the 21st. Fortunately, Jackson Hole had it well packaged, and it was still cold.”
