“I actually used them to make a mixed meat meatloaf. I used the ground buffalo, ground ostrich, ground pork sausage and goat cheese. It was delicious. I have really enjoyed all of your products and will be back for more.”
“I’ve been eating Jackson Hole ground
Bison for six years or so. A year ago I ran out and grabbed a couple of pounds from Costco and some from my local marked. When I tried to work it into patties, it was like wringing a wet sponge. Water jus flowed out. And it was necessary to use quite a bit of oil to grill the patties and they fell apart easily. Jackson ground bison is a different story. They have added just enough fat to hold the meat together and to grill without any added oil. They do cook down a little, but the grilled patty has the
texture of a fine ground beef patty from an upscale burger restaurant. Except it tastes better. When we were away in late May, our house was robbed. They got away with about $12,000 in goods, including an 82” TV still in the box. But what upset me most is that they unplugged my freezer, ruining about 25 pounds of Jackson Hole ground buffalo. And that is what upset me the most and the bison was the first thing I replaced. You’ll never regret ordering from Jackson Hole Buffalo Company.”
