“We really love the elk tenderloins which is why we order many. We prepare them in different ways including BBQ over different woods (applewood. oak, pecan), smoking, and on the stove top. On the stove top we often uses a sauce based on a rich red wine, mushrooms, and sometimes grilled onions.”
