“Aside from the great and friendly service I received, the whole elk tenderloin was amazing. You would never know how lean it is. Very moist and flavorful unlike similar lean tenderloin meats such as pork, or chicken. I’m new to this, but I can say I have a new favorite meat. Even prefer this over a prime beef tenderloin.”
