“Holy Smokes, had the Elk tenderloin steaks and i cant say how awesome they were. My cooking methods are probably different than most but i like my steaks pretty much rare, and you have to be careful with elk, and buffalo.... so cooking to my style, right on the coals of mesquite, they were done in less than two minutes on each side, and were as tender as sashimi... total melt in your mouth, with a nice dark red wine.... WOW!.... and can't say enough how tender and awesome it was, but, the price, well, i'm not rich so i probably won't be ordering anymore. wish i could but hey, maybe an anniversary or something....”
