The ready made patties are perfect for the grill and the elk burger by the pound is used frequently for spaghetti and chili. Jackson Hole really gets it right with the shipping. “Yum! These are juicy and delicious. I like they way these are bundled in 3. I keep them in the freezer, and pull one pack out to thaw. I can cook them at the start of the week, then just reheat the others throughout the week. I do wish they weren’t so expensive, I can’t always afford to eat this well.”
