“I like the burgers. The flavor and texture are wonderful and they are nice and thick. Having said that, I think the paper separating the burgers is too thin and frail. It just disintegrates, after the burgers thaw. Same with the buffalo burgers. Loved the burgers, but had to pick the paper off the meat.”

The boys have a series of cookouts each night until everything is consumed. They have also used some of the spices offered by Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat. Great quality bison and elk with alot of different cuts to choose from. Highly recommended.”
