“I've tried Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a week (breakfat, lunch and dinner) with chocolate, mango and vanilla flavors.
The good points:
1. It's a balanced meal
2. It's cheap
3. It's easy to prepare and you can do something else while drinking it
4. It keeps you in shape
The bad points:
1. Its flavors are like: mild chocolate, mild mango or mild vanilla. Mixing them makes easier to me to drink Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I have to say that after few days (5-6 meals) my palate begins to get used to them.
2. Its consistency it's not pleasant. It seems to me like a sort of mush.
In conclusion it's a good product, but the taste could be improved.”
