Relative to the amount of protein that one can take with this drink, I would say it's not a bad product, although the taste is not vivid, but more of a banana/vanilla flavour and very weak. plus powdery/floury mouth feeling. In my opinion chocolate flavour is easier to drink.

Hi Amin! First off, sorry for the late response to your review and feedback, which are much appreciated. I will reply in one message and copy that on the other reviews as well as the action from my end in this case is not entirely clear yet. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and based on your 4 reviews, I am not entirely sure what would and what would not need that qualification. So, for that, I would like to invite you to check in with the customer care team through a reply to this message, a new email to love@jimmyjoy.com or a Live Chat you can open from our website. We will then gladly look into the options for you for that. Thanks for giving it a shot and the comprehensive feedback on what you tried. We hope you will find products that are 100% to your liking, but with the feedback noted on the powdery experience for you, we would advise to not try other Shakes as they all have the same oats in them that make for this grain in the end-product. You can add more water, shake with an ice cube in it or use a blender, but it will always remain with the slight grain in it. You might want to have a look at the Plenny Drinks, those are more like milkshakes when it comes to the texture. Of course you can also try that or anything else for the first time with the same money-back guarantee. <3

I love it. It is suprisingly filling. Before Plenny Shake I never felt satisfied after drinking a "liquid meal" and my body wanted something more to chew on haha. But it is not the case with Plenny Shake. It leaves me fully satisfied and energised for hours. The vanilla flavour was enjoyable in the beginning and then got a little boring. So I mix 1 scoop vanilla active shake with 1 scoop of another flavour from the regular plenny shake and it is the bomb, I swear. Or blending it with 1/2 frozen banana helps a lot. It is great and neutral to mix and match with other things. Otherwise ZERO complaints. I keep coming back. I've been on Plenny Shake for couple years now haha. Thank you!!!!

The flavor tastes OK, but not as tasty as other meal replacments I recently switched from, and it is watery when first mixed. It does mix nicely with the cacao supplament I combined it with, making this flavor taste significantly better to me. I also greatly prefer the thicker consistency of other brands which I recently abandonded due to lead content. I have tried letting it sit for an hour or two in the fridge, and then it seems to get a bit too thick, resulting in difficulty getting it out of the included shake mixer, bit adding a little water helped it regain a better texture. Sadly, I cannot continue eating this product due to the inclusion of sucralose, which has been shown to be disruptive to the gut microbiome and alter insulin and glucose levels in NIH sudies. I sure wish it didn't have something that research shows is harmful! Otherwise I might have continued buying it. I appreciated the balance of macro and micro nutrients, as well as the amazing bag technology which uses velcro to seal shut - such a handy addition. In the end, you need to ask yourself how comfortable you are with sucralose.

Hi there, Thank you for your thoughtful review of the Plenny Shake Active Banana. Sucralose is one of the most researched sweeteners, with extensive safety evaluations by food authorities like the EFSA and FDA. Studies have shown that it is safe for consumption, does not affect blood sugar levels, and is well tolerated by most people. We have considered switching to a natural sweetener many times, not because sucralose is dangerous, but because we know some people prefer alternatives. However, after testing multiple options, we found that none provided the same great taste without compromising quality. Our tasting panel consistently prefers the current formula, so we’ve kept it as is. If you have any further suggestions or if you'd like to discuss a refund, please feel free to reach out at love@jimmyjoy.com. With love ❤️

Didn't receive a scoop. Poured out every bag into bowls and there was none there. Support said they would send another and closed the ticket. I haven't received further communication or shipment.

Hi there, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're really sorry to hear that your experience with the Plenny Shake wasn't smooth due to the missing scoop. It’s important to us that you have everything you need to enjoy our products, and it's frustrating to hear that communication fell short due to a mistake on our end. Please buy one on your next order and send your order number to us at love@jimmyjoy.com, we will refund it for you. In the meantime, here are some tips for you: - you can weigh the powder with a scale. 96-100 grams is 400 Kcal. if you know how much you want to eat, you can easily measure it. - 96-100 grams is also 7,5 tablespoons. - or filling up the shaker with powder to just below the 200ml mark provides approximately a 400 Kcal meal. With love <3
