“I've replaced 3/4 of all my meals with plenny shakes for a couple of months. If I'm not at work I only eat plenny shakes. It is awsome. I love that I dont need to spend time figuring out what to eat, cooking or ordering out. I'm one of those that hate cooking when it is just me that is going to eat.

“Ya llevo más de tres meses desayunando con este producto y la verdad es que estoy muy satisfecho. Quedo bastante lleno y me ahorra un tiempo muy valioso en la rutina de despertar y ponerme a trabajar.
Una de las cosas que más valoro es que en el mercado no hay o no conozco (a parte de este) productos sustitutivos que no contengan leche, cosa que es importante para mi ya que soy intolerante a la lactosa.
