“I like it but I'd prefer a bit af sugar and not sucralose. I use 700kcal portion (about 175gr of powder) because 400kcal isn't a lunch!. Usually I mix powder with water and drink it immediatly but if you like a creamy consistency the mix need 3-4 minutes of rest. I eat jimmyjoy twice at week at lunch and I'm good (not hungry) until dinner.”
