Plenny Shake Active Banana Reviews

I'm very happy with the Big Bag formula. I bought it because I have busy weeks ahead, and want to make sure to eat well. I mix it with almond milk, two scoops. I tend to be full a little longer than with a regular meal, which is surprising because it has less calories. I recommend that you drink your shake in two or more ''sits'', or else it might be a bit overwhelming for your body. I bought the vanilla one, which is a bit boring, but alright. I think the regular shakes are more tasty (you taste the oats, which I like), but because this has more protein, this makes a more balanced meal for me.

Albeit the texture is thicker than the normal plenny shake, I use it everyday and especially as a post-workout drink.

I love the shake, it will keep me full for at least 4 hours without hunger or cravings. I add fruit (for the flavor )to it and a little bit honey (sometimes) and put it in the blender. But also plain and simple it is a great shake :-)

As much as I love that you cut out sugars in this Big Bag, I have to say that it tastes horrible :-D but since I started mixing in all sorts of spices like tumeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla into the shake, it tastes okay. You guys could actually use those without increasing the sugar levels to make it tastier while at the same time adding ingredients that are good for you and that many people take as a supplement anyways. Will buy again and use as a base for my own shakes :)

Would highly recommend Joylent to anyone in Australia. They're much better flavour-wise than AussieLent or any of the other competing brands we have. They also come out at about the rough same cost - just make sure to order at the limit of the 20kg stipulations to make the most of your order. I always go banana myself if you want a flavour recommendation.
