Just don't drink it before workout or running (cardio), for some reason it provokes (ar least mine) stomach. It's ok after or as a snack before major meals.

Not sure about the new recipe yet. I liked the taste before but had so much that I'm also not against a change. We ll see how I get used to it. But definitely not a fan of the silky texture

I usually go with 500ml + 3 scoops. I just take one sip before running for an hour and enjoy the rest afterwards. Would love strawberry flavor for this one.

The new Plennyshake seems much more viscous than the previous formula. I have to get used to it and mix the two for the time being. I like that it's vegan now.

I like it. The new formula makes plenny shakes smooth and very tasty. It's my breakfast every morning.

The new formula turns incredibly thick after a short while. You have to drink it immediately after preparing it. They suggest you can put it in the fridge overnight; yeah, don't do it. It becomes unbearable to drink, and forcing it down makes me feel sick and wanting to vomit. The old formula would keep its consistency over time, while the new one pushes you to consume it as fast as possible. I'm so upset and disappointed that I have to look for alternatives.
