“Decent enough shakes, but the company just doesn't seem to care about its customers.
Jimmy Joy made a random charge to my credit card, but insisted I must be mistaken when I informed them of this. After canceling my subscription altogether and some back and forth they acknowledged a mistake was made, but I never heard from them again (the charge eventually fell through a month later).
Another example: they had supply chain issues last year, but instead of informing customers customers before ordering they simply shipped a subpar product with a note that you can always return the product if you don't like. Sleazy business practices...”

We understand your frustration with being charged for something you did not order and apologize for it, however, this is about a refund and we indeed did the refund, but your bank showed it as a reservation. In the end it was automatically solved, but unfortunately, it was not really our issue, but it seems to be a bank issue.
