“I was tired of stuffing myself with bread (with fatty spreads) during lunch at work so I decided to try Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.
It has been great so far. I like all the flavours except for chocolate. At first I thought the taste was very bland but in hindsight that’s how it should be. You’d get tired of it real fast if they had really outspoken flavours. Also, the grittiness/sandiness of the drink is something you get used to. I like it now.
After switching my lunch to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I’ve started to do breakfast as well! Get into work, shake up a breakfast and I’m good until lunch. Mind, I don’t do breakfasts and lunches of 700kcal each. I only take 140ml with 1 scoop of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for 200kcal breakfasts and lunches which leaves room for some fruit or other small snack. (Who has 700kcal breakfasts anyway!?)
Using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake like this (substituting 2 meals a day for it and still enjoying actual food for dinner) has made me feel healthier and more balanced because I now better know how many calories I take in.

“I really like how it easy it is to make, and Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is 99% of all i eat. I really enjoy chocolate taste, however, it could be more chocolate like, I always add som cocoa powder just to make it more chocolate like. I am a student I take one bag with me to school and make my breakfast in the classroom. It is so easy that no one is complaining about it. The spoon is a bit too big for the bag, so I tend to spill a few grams every now and then, but I can just put it bag in the bag or in the bottle, so that's just a small problem.
I have no idea how I could live without Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake before.. It is so much easier than to cook, and when you live alone, you don't really want to spend too much time in the kitchen.”
