Doesn't mix well in cold water, but it makes you full when you finish it.

I have been eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for pretty much all my meals for several weeks now, and my body seems to work well on it. I save enormous amounts of time by not having to shop, cook and eat regular food. The taste is OK, it's obviously not a 5 course meal at a michelin restaurant, but it's good enough for me to drink my shake and get on with my day without any hassle. Great product!

Using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake one meal a day for the past three months. I'm quite sensitive to what I eat and while I cannot honestly confirm I got actual benefits out of it (beside the obvious ones like cost, time saved and whatnot) I also did not notice anything different from having an actual decent meal. It seems to work as it should (so no weakness or anything like that). I did carefully track my weight to see how it would be impacted from replacing that one meal (that meal was usually pasta or rice, and it was actually the biggest meal of the day for me compared to the other two) and the result is that my weight didn't even budge. Precisely as it was. I like the taste a lot and after three months I don't feel "tired" at all eating always the same thing. I usually order banana because it's far superior to the others. I don't like mango very much, vanilla slightly better but not much. Chocolate is too weak to be good. Strawberry is almost close to banana but in the end banana is just better and more satisfying. I also started mixing these together, and just a bit of banana in the mix can already dominate the other tastes. But it's still interesting to mix them and obtain a slightly different taste.

Easy to mix with blender. Little harder to mix with Shaker Bottle, but doable. Taste is OK (I have tried Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry). Bags aren't optimal for filling up cups so it is better to use scoop, spoon or similar measuring tool when transferring powder from bag to shaker bottle or to blender.

There are three meals in one bag. You have to divide the bag's content by three. You need a scale to do that. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake should consider packing their meals in single portion size. Other than that, very nice food.

It's expectantly bland in flavour but the strawberry bits are a very interesting addition. However, I found that if I take more than 15 minutes to finish my drinks (which often happens if I don't have lots of appetite or if I'm multitasking) the drink starts to gellify, probably because of the flax seed flour. The texture gets kinda weird after that and drinking it starts to become a challenge to my gag reflex.

The good things are that the (vanilla) taste was nice, it's crazy convenient and most likely good for (lazy) me. Not so good was the quite grainy texture, even after a few hours in the fridge. Then the portioning. I think it says 3,5 scoops, but I exceeded that quite much measuring up a meal on my kitchen scale. All in all though, I'm happy to order a few more bags!

I really enjoy drinking Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake instead of my meals. The flavors are really tasty (especially mango and banana!). It would be great if there could be a variant with more protein and less carbohydrates, but that’s only a suggestion for a future.
