“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake saves at least an hour for me every day that would otherwise be spent preparing or eating regular meals. It also costs significantly less per meal, so the saving is in both time and money. To top it off, it tastes really nice too. The website is extremely easy to use, the ordering process is quick and painless, and the support is both friendly and timely.
One note about the tracking; The link supplied to me in order to track my delivery used some sort of third party (trackyourparcel.eu). The updates on this site were many hours behind the actual activity (somewhere inside 24 hours), which is quite useless. However, I was able to just get the tracking number and track it directly from the courier's site (DPD). It took me a few days to notice that the tracking link was actually using a third party application... Not sure why they do this. It's not fit for purpose, in my opinion, and they should provide a direct link to the courier's tracking solution.
One thing makes me wonder though; Why not provide a single 5KG tub + a measuring scoop, like may other food supplements... Would be even easier to make, as pouring/scooping out of the bag can be a bit messy. A single container might be cheaper, too. (...although their newly designed bags are quite nice...)
All in all, I can highly recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as both a company to deal with and a product to consume!
