“I have used Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a couple of months now. I manly use it instead of bringing food to work. It saves a lot of work and time and I do feel like it actually can sustain me during the day until I get home. I train a lot so I like to keep track of what I'm eating and with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake that is very easy. The taste is ok. I do not find it as good as other reviews. But its not that bad either. It was worse in the beginning but I have gotten used to it and now I kind of look forward to my daily Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.
pros:

“I've been getting 50% of my calories from Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a couple of weeks, and I'm quite happy with it. Taste and handling are excellent. It is quick to prepare and easy to carry, so it competes with snacks, which helps me eat a bit more healthily. I'd give five stars if it wasn't so easy to digest it sometimes gives me pyresis. If there was an option that lies more heavily in the stomach, with fiber or something, I think I'd prefer that.”
