“Although shipment to Spain was not that fast (blame local postal service…) Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is the most handy meal you can have. Texture could be better (it's a bit floury because of the oats), but the tastes are just great, even you can mix 'em to have new interesting flavors.
At ten minutes of having a full dose, you feel completely fed, and the sensation lasts for many hours, thanks to the slow carbs.
