“I'm a consumer of the vegan Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and my girlfriend drinks the regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. We both enjoy it except for banana, which doesn't taste nice at all. It's rather artificial. Vanilla and strawberry are my favorites. Chocolate is okay, and doesn't taste too intensive. Neutral, mango and some umami versions would be fucking cool! Also, I dislike that it's another product where I have to pay vegan taxes (aka it's more expensive, while producing vegan products should be less effort).”
“Easy to prepare, but please get a kitchen weighing scale if you are not preparing the entire bag at once. It's very easy to feel like you are able to split the bag in 3 meals, and then you'll realize you are still hungry and there are still around 2 more shakers worth of the well known American competitor in the bag.
Banana is way too intense for me, but chocolate feels like the remaining milk after a bowl of chocolate cereal.
I'll buy again.”
“Powder mixes easy and well, and texture is nicer than other powdered shakes out there (at least the vegan protein shake I take). Haven't tried all the flavours yet, but mango and vanilla are especially tasty.
It's obviously convenient--no question--unless you can't find water.
If the company is true to their environmentally-friendly claim, and if daily recommended doses are accurate--though the latter is not Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's responsibility--then this is truly one of the most brilliant products ever :)”
“not the first time i've ordered this. the vanilla is especially fine, though not a fan of the new mango. Incredibly cheap and convenient for busy people.”
