“They do the job as a meal substitute but the flavours arnt very strong. Chocolate in particular is very weak and almost doesn't have flavour. I have found that they are nicer when mixed with warm water as well.
But I would still recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.”
“I like eating meal in a traditional way but Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is really helpful for me. And I haven’t experienced any problem after eating it 2 weeks everyday once, just for a dinner or as a breakfast.
