Plenny Shake v3.0 Banaan Reviews

4.5 Rating 12,312 Reviews
But for the last months I was bringing at least 1 portion of it to work every day. 1/2 of a Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake portion is my "breakfast" until I visit canteen. Then I finish the bottle and often a 2nd one (with ~150grams of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake in water) in the afternoon/evening and eat nothing/a little bit for dinner. Still love going to restaurants (and spend way too much money on that) or cooking to eat GOOD food, but substituting all the CRAPPY stuff I was eating before because I was hungry with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (cheaper & healthier & faster). I wouldn't say it's "tasty", I still prefer "real food" over this. But I never have a problem drinking it (which I cannot say for my canteen, many fastfood places, frozen pizza etc.). Work colleague also started drinking it and seems to be happy with it :)

I liked the taste but it could be much stronger (at least this of the chocolate flavor). I needed to add some honey to eat to make it sweeter. But overall I liked it and I'm going to purchase the vegan bag this time!

Nutritionally, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is perfect. I don't survive just with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake but i don't eat a lot apart from it and i feel well. Lately i'm farting and pooping a lot but i guess it's some sort of cleaning that's happening inside me because of all the fiber Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake has. About the quantities, the first days i obeyed and put 3,5 spoons (normal ones, i didn't ask for the one that Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake sends), but it was very little so now i put 6 spoons and i think that works better. Anyway, it depends a lot on each one's physical conditions and the excercise you do. The worst part comes with the flavours. I began with the strawberry one and i couldn't even finish it because it was awful (with water). The next day i mixed it with milk and it went much better, although it didn't have a lot of strawberry taste. Apart from that, i mixed banana and mango flavours with water (not mixed flavours but separately), and vanilla and chocolate ones with milk. Mango doesn't have a lot of taste, banana and chocolate are stronger and the vanilla one is the strongest flavour (for good). In all cases, the oat flavour is present. I also read that if you put salt it strengthens the flavour, but i did it and i didn't notice any difference at all. With the next order i will experiment a little bit more with the powders, i hope we can make little recipes to make Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as tasty as it should be.

I didn't know what to expect when ordering these. I ordered banana, vanilla, and strawberry (expecting strawberry to be the wildcard flavor). I was very impressed with all three. They taste like lightly flavored oatmeal. I love to cook but feel swamped trying to get in nutritious meals throughout the day. This fits in great with my work schedule. I usually have two shakes throughout the day and then eat a normal dinner.

I love this product! It blends really well with the water and actually tastes very good. I'm a little worried about the high amount of maltodextrin in the shake though.. not sure why it couldn't be all oats instead. Also the delivery could be faster. I will defenitly order more but a bigger amount at a time and a couple of weeks in advance

Been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a few months now and really enjoy it. Vanilla is definitely my favourite, but mixing chocolate and banana is also a nice one ^^

I had some trouble at the beginning with the maltodextrin and the high amount of protein, but it is more or less okay now.
