“I tried Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a substitute meal for a couple of days, so just the lunch a couple of times, and dinner. Normally i keep on eating small snacks all day long because a normal meal just ain't enough most of the time. With the shake (which you can make, shake and drink within 2 minutes) I was full for over 6-7 hours. Haven't seen that before.
I recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for people who don't want to take the time to prepare a good meal, and just want their body fuelled up quickly. The taste is just fine, not nasty or gross, but it's not a milkshake from the ice cream shop either.
With my job as surf instructor on the beach it's always a hassle to get some good (but without paying a fortune) food and I think Joyent helps to get the job done!”
