“Hello dear Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake,
First of all, thanks for creating such a great product. Recently I purchased for the second time.
But there is two issue I want to highlight.
1. Shipping: for the first order, it took 1 week to ship and two weeks to deliver (since I live in Malaysia) and for the second time, my order labaled as shipped two days after I placed my order but few days later, after contacting, your support told me that my order has been left in the warehouse mistakenly.
I want to say, if I was ordering a toy or something, I wouldn't mind but this is food. I am trying to change my diet base on that and international shipping has already a huge delay because if clearance stuff. On the other hand, I can't order too much because of expiring date.
So shipping on right time can be a great improvement for your service I believe.
2. I am a little bit shy about this, but you are the only one I can, and I have to tell about.
Since I use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, my farting activity(!) increase dramatically and sometimes made me frustrating.
About the smell if you are curious :D, most of the time there is no smell, but still unpredictable.

“Working as a programmer, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is a great food replacement for the times where there is no time to cook or go out, plus it's very cheap in comparison. Although "real" food is of course way better, it still is a great alternative for these times.
Here is my list for all available flavours:
- banana : loved it, tastes almost like a milk shake.
- strawberry : loved it as well
- vanilla : didn't like the taste so much, kind of bland
- chocolate : not my favourite, chocolate taste a little weak
- mango : hated it, tasted very synthetic to me and had a weird aftertaste. Couldn't bring down one full serving.
So I ordered banana and strawberry again :)

“After enduring the well known American competitor for the past 2 weeks, my first taste of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake was amazing.
I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to find good ways to improve the bland flavor of the well known American competitor, with various flavor enhancer drops and preparation methods, and the best I could get was "tolerable."
My first taste of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (Banana flavor), and I'm an immediate convert.
The subtle oat flavor directly reminded me of oatmeal, which just made the whole thing all the more delightful with the rich Banana flavor. I've replaced 70% of my meals with post-food powder drinks in the past 2 weeks, and was not sure if I could continue. But with the arrival of my order of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I can honestly say I'm looking forward to every meal.
That's not to say the entire process was flawless, though. While the product is outstanding, the shipping had much to be desired. Because I live in Canada, the product was shipped through UPS. This caused numerous delays as it hit processing in 3 different countries, then ultimately required me to pay duties on top of the already very high shipping costs overseas, and the weak Canadian dollar. While this had me a bit upset, my first sip of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake mitigated much of the bitter taste left by the shipping experience.
I will not hesitate to order future supplies, in an effort to replace my dietary intake with post-food 100% of the time, spearheaded by Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.”
