“Been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for 2 weeks now and it REALLY saves me a lot of time while being on paternal leave with my 15 months old daughter. The taste is quite alright; neither bad or good. Been eating most chocolate, but banan was quite good as well.
All in all - a great timesaver for those meals where you otherwise would just shove something down the throat to get food in the belly.

First of all, thanks for creating such a great product. Recently I purchased for the second time.
But there is two issue I want to highlight.
1. Shipping: for the first order, it took 1 week to ship and two weeks to deliver (since I live in Malaysia) and for the second time, my order labaled as shipped two days after I placed my order but few days later, after contacting, your support told me that my order has been left in the warehouse mistakenly.
I want to say, if I was ordering a toy or something, I wouldn't mind but this is food. I am trying to change my diet base on that and international shipping has already a huge delay because if clearance stuff. On the other hand, I can't order too much because of expiring date.
So shipping on right time can be a great improvement for your service I believe.
2. I am a little bit shy about this, but you are the only one I can, and I have to tell about.
Since I use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, my farting activity(!) increase dramatically and sometimes made me frustrating.
About the smell if you are curious :D, most of the time there is no smell, but still unpredictable.
