“So far have tried vanille, banana and strawberry. Vanille and banana are delicious... strawberry OK. Easy & fast. However, I need to eat nuts alongside, otherwise the huge amount of carbs disrupts my blood sugar balance! Would be even better if there was a variation with less carbs and more fat, like only up to 38% calories from carbs, and the rest from proteins and fat. Now the carbs count for 50%.”

Not a fan of all tastes though.
