“The product is good. It's not the tastiest food there is but it's good enough for me. I think I could easily live off this for a while. It's way cheaper, much healthier, more convenient than regular food.

“I have tested Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake like 3rd or 4th meal of day and I was nicely surprised. It is good tasty (after you've found your best flavour) and apparently, efficicent. I am satisfied of the experience and, now, I will include Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake in my diet every diet.

“I've been drinking/eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for over a month now and it's great! Usually I take two shakes a day together with a 'regular' dinner. When you mix some milk into your shakes as well, the taste improves a lot! But it's enjoyable with just water too. For variation I recommend that you mix the flavors together. A banana/strawberry shake is extremely tasty! =)”

“Just finished my first week on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, thought it was time for a quick review.
I purchased 2100kcal shakes with every flavor (wanted to try everything), the first shake i ate wasn't that great for me, didn't really like the texture and the taste (banana, after trying every taste i can say i don't really like this one, though i love regular banana).
Took me some reseach to figure it was better if one prepares his advance and put it to rest a few hours in the fridge (works like a charm).
My belly wasn't happy the first couple of days (i'm thinking too much fibers in comparison with my pasta, burgers and whathever junk food i ate) but now i can eat my 3 daily shakes and it's good !
My goals atm are to loose some fat and maintaining/gaining muscle mass, i'm currently taking an extra "normal" meal some days, this way my teeth are good (the human body needs to chew something) and i can have that extra calorie intake that prevents me from dropping too much muscle mass (doing 3 ring trainings a week it's exhausting).
Anyway so far so good, i enjoy it, now i can eat every thing my body need without spending too much money and wondering what i have to eat every singleday to have a "healthy" diet, and i save time too so i can do more programming.”
