Customer is not informed about delays. We suffered 3 weeks of delay due to banana flavour supplies and I was not informed. i though I never would see my shipment done. I had to contact to understand what was the status of my order.

When I first heard about these drinkable foods it was the well known American competitor. I got excited but then disappointed because I live in Finland and they don't export the well known American competitor from the US. Then after a little while and Googleing I found this wonderful product - Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. The European cousin of the well known American competitor. I decided to try it with a little meal package first like ten or so. I really liked the taste (banana flavour). And I did also do days with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake only (1 bag a day) and it kept me going. At the moment I'm drinking my third order. I have ordered one month supplies two times now. My favourite flavour is the vanilla. The best I've tasted was Apple Pie that I got to try for 2 bags or so. That was really the bomb! You guys should add that to your selection permanently. Any how, nowadays I use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for breakfast (almost every morning) and as dinner if I'm busy. The only downside for me was at the beginning when my stomach was adapting Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. No aches but it was a little upset before it got used to it. I guess the first order of one month's Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake my stomach was ok with it. Thanks!

Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake representatives have been super nice and helpful but the time from order to delivery was a little longer than I would've expected.

Overall, I am a big Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake fan and have been successfully pursuing weight loss since the beginning of the year on two Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake meals a day. Customer service has been great and I generally enjoy the product; Strawberry is my favourite. My only real complaint is in the variability of the product. From batch to batch, I find that flavours and consistency can vary quite dramatically. I'm sure the product is still being refined, but I would like to see any product revisions better communicated so I know what to expect. For example, my last batch seemed to produce Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake with little small, spiky hard bits which did not dissolve, even when left overnight. Also, I feel the chocolate flavour has increased in sweetness (but this is more subjective). Despite this, I see Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (or other meal replacement shakes) making up the majority of my calorie intake for the foreseeable future. The convenience and ease with which I can control calorie intake are big bonuses.

Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake promised order dispatch within seven days, but shipped the day after I placed my order, and the package arrived a couple of days after that - all very speedy. (One small niggle: in the UK, delivery is by Yodel which can be inconvenient if no one is available to accept the parcel. The driver will ring and can arrange to re-deliver on another day, but unlike Royal Mail there's not the option to collect it from your local delivery office.) The Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake arrived was packaged very well: quality, easy-to-open *resealable* bags with very pretty if slightly surreal artwork. The free shaker is also of good quality and an ideal size. (Useful tip: 1/3rd of a bag of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is more or less exactly 1/2 a shaker-full, dry.) Further, you can't argue the value proposition: at €2/meal for something that is ready to eat more or less instantly and can be downed in a minute or two when you need to get out the door or back to work is a total bargain. Sure, you *could* cook for yourself for less, but to get as good a nutritional balance (and so much protein, in particular) for that price is going to be something of a challenge, particularly if you're cooking just for yourself. There is a big 'however', however. What's the overall experience of eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake? Not really delightful. The flavours I tried (banana and vanilla) are actually better than expected, but the banana flavoured Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake has a slightly weird odour when dry. And then there's the texture: maybe I just don't like shakes, but I found drinking something with a texture somewhere between thick paste and thin gruel to be kind of gross. And though the main flavours are good, there is a definite oatiness to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is pretty hard to ignore. And afterwards? Though Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake does seem to be very effective at providing the nutritional sustenance I need, keeping me going whether I be involved in physical or mental exertion, it in no way left me feeling full or satisfied. It fulfills the need for food, without giving any of the satisfaction of having eaten - and I suspect that if you're prone to over-eating you may find yourself consuming Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake in addition to, rather than as an alternative to your regular meals. So, overall, I have to say that this is the perfect product for those situations when you're in a hurry or just can't be bothered to cook: it's easy, cheap and nutritious. But if anything I think it's likely to encourage me to cook proper meals for myself *more* often than I currently do, because the choice has now become "well, I can get off my ass and cook, or I can drink that... stuff" - and the former suddenly looks pretty appealing by comparison.

It's a really great product for a quick meal (and it taste better than i'd initially thought). Also quite affordable if you think about price/eal.
