The customer service is definitely what makes them stand apart. Although there were some mistakes in shipment, they made sure to fix this, and I received the corrected shipment within 48 hours. “No complaints, feel satisfied after each shake, finding old snacking habits difficult to break (cake at work for birthdays etc), but generally very pleased. The flavours aren't strong, the overriding taste I get is nuts, presumably as they're component of the ingredients? Will be buying more (and would invest in company).”
