“la verdad que la idea de un batido con todas los macronutrientes diarios es muy buena idea, lo malo es en primer lugar que no te dan unas indicaciones para saber cuantos cacitos echar y cuanta agua (yo haciendo pruebas he llegado a la conclusion que el batido esta bueno con 4,5 cacitos y 400-ml de agua) , lo malo es el sabor la verdad que podrian mejorarlo, estoy acostumbrado a tomar batido de proteinas del gimnasio y en comparacion con Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake son como si los hiciera chicote, he probado a echarle 4 pastillas de aspartamo del ahorramas y la verdad que mejora, otra cosa, mejor batirlo con batidora porque con el shaker solo te dejas el brazo agitando y no mezcla nada, espero que mejoren el sabor y la disolubilidad en el futuro.”
