I got 10 bags. It tastes good and REALLY makes you full. I alternate between Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and normal meals from time to time so in average each Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake bag lasted me 2 days. Even if you don't want to live off of it it's still very convenient, it'll cut your cooking and washing dishes time by half! or by 100%. Your choice really.

“I've been on 90% Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for ~3 weeks now, 1 trial one and then the last two weeks.
It does exactly as advertised, the flavour is not obtrusive and most of the time you don't think about it.
It does still give some heartburn if you drink it poorly diluted, but that is easily solved by adding more water.
There's also a fairly grainy feeling sometimes with flakes of some sort getting stuck in teethes every now and then, might be worth running the seeds (or wherever they come from) through the grinder an extra time?
If those two minor issues are fixed, it'd be an easy 5/5.”
