I would recommend this to anyone who is too... comfortable... to cook three meals a day. Let's face it, this shake is probably healthier than a quick sandwich and takes less time to make. “Okay, now I have lived 10 days on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, and... it has been remarkably easy. Yes, I crave bacon and stuff from time to time, but I feel great. I will keep living on it. I will eat "normal" food every now and then, but for 9 out of 10 meals, I will turn to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.
Anyway, advice for people who use the shaker with the metal ball: add enough water to cover the metal ball, but not much more. Then you add the powder. Shake it into a semi thick sludge. Using a limited amount of water makes it easier to fully dissolve the powder and you don't have to deal with clumps of non-dissolved powder. Then you add more water until you get a texture you like.”

“I really like the shakes. Chocolate is a bit meh, but like all the other flavors. When will coconut and mango be available? The letters on the shaker come of pretty quickly, giving my hands a nice color.”
