“I like this product a lot. Don't want to repeat all the praises and good points made in other reviews so I'll just point out my concerns.
- Lack of a salty variety. After each 2-3 days of living mostly on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I get salty cravings. Potato chips, pretzels, anything. I even tried (successfully) to add a moderate amount of salt into the chocolate Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (anyway my least favourite taste) and that worked. I've seen the voting for the next flavour and I'm a bit disappointed the three winners are all sweet as well. Maybe a tomato flavoured variety? that would go well either sweet or salty.
- A lot of carbs. Sure, this is according to RDI, that was the whole point. FDA's RDI might be wrong but that's hasn't been proven yet. Also carbs aren't all bad as long as they're "slow". However, there's no info on the glycemic index of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. That would be very useful to know. I'm even inclined to by my own blood sugar test and check that myself.”
“I've been eager to try out Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for I while, and I am not disappointed. Great taste. Vanilla and strawberry are by far my favorite ones. The banana is good to and the chocolate is totally fine. Great customer service. Fast replies and very kind to help. 10/10 will buy again!”
