I have been using on 2 out of my 3 meals daily, a quick breakfast and supper, and i am never hungry.
My only problem with it are the measurements, it would be nice to have a simple table with grams to milliliter in the shaker to calories, so i could control my intake better.

“Just got my 2nd order now all silver packets and a measuring scoop. I use the powder 2 out of every 3 meals not tired of it at all. Took 18 days from order to delivery the last batch only took 11 days so you might want to factor this in if you are reordering.”

The taste (for Europeans who may know this brand) is very much like the new Weetabix drink and not unpleasant at all. I've found myself looking forward to my next drink every day and intend to keep using is as a healthy lunch at work for the foreseeable future. Wonderful stuff!”

“Also ich finde das ja richtig prima nicht mehr so oft in der Küche stehen zu müssen. Gerade wenn man wenig Zeit hat. Mit einer dreiviertel Packung komm ich wunderbar über den Tag , es ist super lecker (im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Pülverchen).
