“Okay, now I have lived 10 days on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, and... it has been remarkably easy. Yes, I crave bacon and stuff from time to time, but I feel great. I will keep living on it. I will eat "normal" food every now and then, but for 9 out of 10 meals, I will turn to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.
Anyway, advice for people who use the shaker with the metal ball: add enough water to cover the metal ball, but not much more. Then you add the powder. Shake it into a semi thick sludge. Using a limited amount of water makes it easier to fully dissolve the powder and you don't have to deal with clumps of non-dissolved powder. Then you add more water until you get a texture you like.”

“This fills me up since Ive been using it for breakfast to not be hungry all day and this stuff is amazing great flavours (vanilla) tastes really good.”
“I really like the shakes. Chocolate is a bit meh, but like all the other flavors. When will coconut and mango be available? The letters on the shaker come of pretty quickly, giving my hands a nice color.”
