Started off as a ways for saving cash and time. Been on it for three weeks and does not look like I am going back. Use it only for breakfast and lunch at work. That said, there's a psychological "hunger" that's hard to describe, when your body is satisfied but your mind still thinks you have not eaten. Then there's the teeth, as they start cringing for not biting on food. It takes time to get used and fine tune a routine. Feel more awake and went down to one coffee per day only. On the social side still feel a bit awkward, but so far so good.

I like to alternate my shakes. The cappuccino flavored wake-up shake might be my favorite... For the other flavors I sometimes use milk instead of water, for the cappuccino this is absolutely the best choice. It make the taste more creamy and cappuccino like. I even experimented with adding a shot of espresso. Thats my pro-tip:) 5 stars when the 525 grams bag would be available.

I haven't got a glue why, but I ordered vegan shakes (whithout any ethical reasons), but I like them even more than the normal shakes. Maybe it is all in the head but it feels like I digest them the best.

It's nice having a good number of flavors because I can just change it up depending on my mood. But none of the flavors make me look forward to drinking this, perhaps because they are mostly fruity flavors. That's of course just personal preference so I hope there will be some other flavors in the future.

Takes some getting used to but it's awesome. I use it for breakfast and it really helps getting my rythm going!

This is what I eat when I'm too tired to cook something, and I just don't want to eat some unhealthy fast food. And also, it saves me a lot of time: just put the water and shake. On the other side, I must admit I rarely take it more than once per week: this shall be theoretically healthy when you see the nutrition facts, but I would like to see some real peer reviewed scientific study with a good sample of subjects. Anyway, it is nice to have this option :)
