“I have been informed that since the war in Ukraine they couldn't get super fine oats, not sure what it actually affects it was my first batch. The shake is nice and does replace a meal for 5-6 hours, taste is pretty neutral, not sweet, and not as good as to make you drink one when you don't need it.”
