Ok shake, needs a bit more flavour.

So far my experience with these shakes has been good. The flavours are what you would expect out of a meal replacement, although the fruit (mango & strawberry) are significantly better than any fruit flavoured protein/meal replacement shake I've tried in the past. My only qualm with Plenny Shake is really satiety. While I wouldn't say that the shake doesn't feel substantial (it does) the satiety generally doesn't last very long, which means I end up feeling hungry pretty soon after I've had one, which kind of defeats the purpose of a meal replacement... I also think I would prefer something with more protein and slightly less fat as far as the nutritional content goes, but that's a minor issue.

I have a tendency to skip meals, then by around 4pm I feel very unwell. I'm using the plenny shake instead of skipping meals and it's stopped me picking at chocolate. It also gives me loads of energy which is great. I love the coffee, mixed with cold water and ice! Delicious.

In general it's an ok product. Though it has a lack of taste even if you prepare it with milk and frozen fruit. But then again, taste is everyones own opinion. Some people might prefer the way this one tastes. I will get back on Huel or try something else in future.

These shakes are keeping me full for hours and I don’t have to think about food prep or cooking meals anymore. It’s so easy to mix the shake (I personally use almond milk and water) and I don’t have to worry about calories, because I know I’m getting the right nutrition. Perfect solution for a busy lifestyle and If you still want to stay fit and healthy.

I find it difficult to eat breakfast in the morning, I have no appetite, I never know what to eat and I usually wake up way too late and run out of time, so I quite often skip breakfast. Which is obviously very very bad. So I wanted to try a shake for the mornings and found Jimmy Joy. I wanted it to be natural, be tasty but not overdone so it taste chemical. And that's exactly what I got! I've so far tried the banana and it has a very natural nice flavour to it. I prefer to use it with milk, add two little scoops, it does taste okay with water but the milk gives it a nice boost. The texture is nice, you don't have to shake too much. I do think it is slightly expensive. It won't fill you up completely, I will get hungry quite quickly, but if you're looking for a way to add more minerals and vitamins to your diet, it's definitely worth a try!
