“I like this as a supplement to my Daily food intake. It taste great if you use ice cold water.
And it keeps me full until next meal.
The only thing i miss is other tastes than what you normally get in millshakes.”
“Just recieved it. Havent tried all flavours yet. The taste is ok and not too sweet or fake. It has a legumy aftertaste, but it aint all bad. Dont drink it too fast, or you will feel like you inhaled spaghetti. Bowel movements are allright, can reccommend.”
“I ordered for the first time, Jimmy Joy gave me a shacker for this, and I appreciate it, but i think i will buy a new one bigger and hopefully more praticable for transports (I don t trust the sealing). Nothing abnormal with packaging or with the delivery. It was sent within a week.
For the powder, it does an amazing job as expected, it is easy to do, and fast to eat. I m not hungry after that. Nonetheless I would like a little more powder on bags because the third meal is always a little less consistent, and i am vegan so i cannot buy the plenny shake sport.
For the taste, banana, chocolate and vanilla are good when not too concentrated, I like to add soluble coffee and cacao powder the morning to make it more sweet. I don t like neither the taste or the texture of the strawberry flavor, those red things that float in there disgust me a little.
Overall I am very happy with the product, it makes me eating more, not be in hypoglycemia the morning or even in the day, I feel better than when I was eating only rice and pasta due to low revenues.

“Recently I started drinking these Plenny shakes. It is a substitute for ‘normal food’. These shakes contain all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that a human being needs. There are a few reasons that I started drinking these shakes: I’m terrible at eating breakfast and sometimes forget to take a meal. And this is really easy to make, and saves me time for other stuff. It is also really cheap, for €5,- a day you are done. Some nice extras are that it is vegan and it makes me create less waste and use less gas, water and energy to cook.
