“Ordered the vegan option and received my parcel in a timely manner. The on-site experience of selecting the quantity for each flavor was a bit confusing because of the way the cost was displayed in relation to quantity. One of the Joylent bags I received had a small tear in it with some of the product spilling out so packaging might be something to consider enforcing. Other than that, Joylent is a great meal alternative when I'm running low on time, and I will continue to order.”
“Apart from a slight delay with my shipping because the package wasn't handed over to DHL apparently the first time, the ordering process couldn't be better. The site has awesome usability and is designed with lots of love for detail. Using it just makes you happy already :) Maybe one thing I would improve is to make it more obvious that you can customize your order quantities and mix and match all of your stuff. My girlfriend was searching for that, but didn't notice that this is an option without actually ordering.
